Cooking food to bring with us this weekend:

*Pesto, made with basil cut today from our garden and 3 days ago from Denison Farm

*Hummus, loaded with cumin and lemon juice

*Whole wheat bread with just the right amount of flaxseed added to keep us all happy and healthy

*Pecan Mushroom veggie burgers, which are quickly becoming a favorite among my extended family members!
