Here's a quick peek at the mobile that hangs at our local community center. I love this one so much! What a great way to bring the outdoors inside and call it art.
This is dinner tonight - the beans and the tomatoes are from our very own garden and the potatoes are from the farm. In addition to these and an Israeli couscous mix from Trader Joe's, we're having some veggie burgers I made yesterday out of leftover tofu-veggie-curry-rice dinner from the other night. I hope they taste good! I love the "turn leftovers into veggie burgers" trick. It works for me bigtime lately. As in, twice a week, at least.
