Our garden continues to grow well.
Today I took the girls to a homeschool art class in town and after hearing a story about ancient Egypt, they painted their names in hieroglyphs - on papyrus, no less!
In the afternoon, we made our first trip of the season to the farm where we pick up our weekly share of fresh organic vegetables. How happy I was to go back! This week we received:
Chinese Cabbage
Garlic Scapes
Radishes
Green Leaf Lettuce
Mesculin Greens
Strawberries
Scallions
The girls loved the goats and the creek. We're back.
